As part of the growth strategy, Grene WIS with the support from CoreCapital has acquired NOS A/S, a strong player in the on- and offshore lifting and specialty-equipment business. NOS A/S has, through deep product understanding, high quality and strong customer relations. been able to expand its business and become a leading player in both wind, construction, industry, and marine. A position that will be further strengthened with the new merger.

Grene WIS is on a journey to become the leading supplier to the growing wind installation and service business.  The acquisition will strengthen this position. Grene WIS will furthermore expand into new segments, where synergies can be harvested to the benefit of all our new and existing customers.
