As part of the growth strategy, Grene WIS has taken ownership of NOS A/S and GRENE SOLUTIONS A/S, further strengthening its position. Grene WIS will expand into new segments where synergies can be leveraged, to better service current and future customers.

NOS A/S is a strong player in the on- and offshore lifting equipment and specialized equipment business. NOS A/S has extensive product knowledge, high quality standards, and strong supplier relationships, leading to significant business expansion and becoming a leading player in wind, construction, and marine industries.
NOS A/S will continue as an independent company under Grene WIS, with its headquarters remaining in Horsens, Denmark.

SKS Kraner A/S
SKS Kraner A/S supplies and services cranes, lifting equipment and crane-related equipment to Northern European companies within sectors such as waste and material handling, industry, ports, equipment rental, crane service, etc.
SKS Kraner was acquired by NOS A/S, which is part of their ambitious growth strategy. The strategy aims to strengthen the company’s position as a nationwide supplier of lifting equipment, cranes and similar services.

Grene Solutions A/S
GRENE SOLUTIONS A/S is a 100% Danish-owned company focused on supplying high-quality tarpaulins (tarps) primarily to the global wind turbine industry, including towers and other applications for the protection of both on- and offshore wind turbines.
The company has extensive product knowledge, high quality standards, and manufactures all products in a state-of-the-art factory in China with 350 employees.
GRENE SOLUTIONS A/S will continue as an independent company under Grene WIS, with its headquarters remaining in Kolding, Denmark.
