Hydraulic service & repair
With our extensive experience within the wind turbine industry and the energy sector, we are the reliable partner for service, repair, annual inspection and calibration of any type of hydraulic tools, pumps and a wide range of hydraulic components – including Simson, Rehobot, Enerpac, Cejn and more.
At our service workshop we offer hydraulic repair and service of, among others:
- Hydraulic pumps
- Hand pumps
- Cylinders
- Torque wrenches and clamping tools
- Couplings
- Hydraulic hoses
Hydraulic test bench
Our hydraulic test bench allows us to perform pressure testing of tensioners after repair at up to 1500 bar / 21,750 psi. We always ensure that a visual inspection of the hydraulic hoses and couplings is carried out, followed by pressure testing.
In addition, we perform tests on chemical hoses from power plants – in accordance with applicable regulations. These tests include full traceability and are concluded with the issuance of a test certificate.

In-house inspection of hydraulic pumps
In our service workshop, we at Grene WIS offer calibration, inspection and certification of all types of hydraulic pumps, torque tools, measuring equipment and more.
