SUVO Non-Nafta
Yellow / Clear
- Type: Oil/Wax based
- Viscosity: 180-230 m.Psa
- Density: 0,90 Kg/lit.
Non Nafta is a paraffin oil/wax-based product that is solvent free. It is an odorless environmentally product and protects effectively against rust and corrosion in aggressive environments, leaving a heavy waxy surface of 80-100μ (micron).
Non Nafta is used for long term corrosion protection of steel items and parts in storage or at sea transport.
Apply with brush, roll or Airmix (air stirrer is necessary).
SUVO Brown XL
Light brown
- Type: Oil/Wax based
- Viscosity: 30-40 m.Psa
- Density: 0,90 Kg/lit.
Brown XL is a thixotrop light brown oil/wax based anti-rust product. Protects against rust and corrosion, leaving a fatty/waxy surface at 40-50μ (micron).
Brown XL is used for long term corrosion protection of steel items and parts in storage or at sea transport.
Apply with brush, roll or Airmix (air stirrer is necessary).
SUVO Remover
Remover
- Type: Petroleum/Kerosene
- Density: 0,85 Kg/lit
For cleaning off Non Nafta, Nox 720 Aqua Coat, Brown XL/Industry and Rust-Stop 80/150 where you want to remove the product until further production and assembly.
The Remover can also be used for degreasing steel components before application of rust protection products.
SUVO Rust-Stop 80
Light brown
- Type: Oil/Wax based
- Viscosity: 20-25 m.Psa
- Density: 0,90 Kg/lit.
Rust-Stop 80 is a light brown oil/ wax based anti-rust product with great penetrating and moist repelling abilities. Penetrates deeply into joints, protects effectively against corrosion and rust leaving a thin oily/fatty surface of at 30-35 µ (micron).
Rust-Stop 80 is used for long term corrosion protection of processed steel parts and items also at storage– and during transport.
Apply with brush, roll or Airmix (air stirrer is necessary).
SUVO Rust-Stop 150
Clear
- Type: Oil/Wax based
- Viscosity: 12-14 sec. Ford Cup 4
- Density: 0,90 Kg/lit.
Rust-Stop 150 is a thin clear mineral oil/wax based anti-rust product, with great penetrating and moist repelling abilities. Penetrates deeply into pores and joints, protecting against corrosion and rust leaving a thin oily/fatty surface of at 8-10µ (micron).
Used for short-term corrosion protection of processed steel parts and items in the production line, in storage and on internal transport and for protection of interior parts, e.g. gear boxes and transmission parts.
Apply with brush, roll or Airmix (air stirrer is necessary).
SUVO Brown XL Industry
Light brown
- Type: Oil/Wax based
- Viscosity: 200-250 m.Psa
- Density: 0,90 Kg/lit.
Brown XL Industry is a thixotrop light brown oil/wax based anti-rust product. Brown XL Industry is an effective rust and corrosion protector in aggressive environments, leaves a strong tough/waxy surface of 80-100μ (micron).
Suitable for long-term protection of all kinds of steel parts in storage or at sea transport.
Apply with brush, roll or Airmix (air stirrer is necessary).
Container types
Spray
Orders in 500 ml. litres will be delivered in spray containers.
Plastic container
Orders in 25, 10 and 5 litres will be delivered in plastic containers.
Tin Bucket
SUVO Brown XL Industry in 20 litres will be delivered in tin buckets.
Barrels
Orders in 208 and 60 litres will be delivered in yellow tin barrels.
