SUVO Rust Stop 80 is a thin, penetrating oil/wax-based product from the SUVO corrosion protection line, designed to stop rust attacks and ensure long-term rust prevention. The light brown product contains a high level of effective rust inhibitors and leaves a greasy, waxy rust-protective coating of 30–35 microns.
Thanks to its strong moisture-displacing and penetrating properties, SUVO Rust Stop 80 penetrates deep into joints, cracks and cavities, where it effectively protects against corrosion – even in hard-to-reach areas. This makes the product ideal for both maintenance and finishing of previously applied rust protection layers.

What is SUVO Rust Stop 80 ideal for?
Areas of application
SUVO Rust Stop 80 is particularly suitable for cavities, bottoms, plate structures and generally all types of metal surfaces where reliable rust prevention is essential – both in the wind turbine industry and other demanding industrial environments.
Easy and effective application:
The product is applied with a low or high pressure spray, and best results are achieved at temperatures above +15 °C. For cavities, the use of air mixing systems is recommended. Surfaces must be clean and dry before application.
