A new chapter
MPASIA A/S, a leading supplier of customized tarpaulin solutions for the wind industry, announces that from March 1, 2025, it will officially rebrand to Grene Solutions A/S. The name change is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its position in the global market and reflects its ambition for innovation and sustainability.
Grene Solutions will continue to deliver high-quality tarpaulin solutions to the global wind industry. The company already operates in more than 25 countries and has ambitions to expand further.
The name change is effective immediately. The new branding will be implemented across all platforms, including the company’s website, products and communications.
This name change will not impact the day-to-day business operations, the high quality of products and services Grene Solutions provides, or their valued relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
The legal structure, ownership, and management will remain the same, and all current contracts and obligations will continue to be honored under the new name.
How it started
How MPASIA came about
The company was established under the name MPASIA A/S in 2007, and has managed to become a leading global supplier of high-quality industrial tarpaulin solutions. While their headquarters are located in Kolding, Denmark, the tarpaulin production takes place in modern and efficient production facilities in China.
Grene WIS A/S assumed ownership of MPASIA in December 2022.
GRENE SOLUTIONS A/S has been delivering high-quality tarpaulins worldwide for over a decade, specializing in meeting the unique needs of the wind turbine industry and offering solutions for tower sections, blades, rotor housings and more.
Sustainability in the wind industry
Recycling tarpaulins
As part of its future strategy, Grene Solutions will focus on reducing its environmental impact through the recycling of tarpaulins. Grene Solutions will be the first tarpaulin supplier to the wind industry to offer a 100% recycling solution for all PVC and non-PVC tarpaulins, regardless of supplier or brand.
The company will work with customers and partners to offer a sustainable way to handle the disposal of used tarpaulins and will help partners reduce their environmental footprint.
